Our ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. They founded their fintech business or consistently solved customer pain in a startup environment. You should deeply understand the accountant workflows and ecosystems and enjoy owning initiatives from ideation to execution and scaling.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the solutions to accounting problems through a deep understanding of the domain and intolerance to subpar experiences.
  • Lead cross-discipline partners as a force of nature in defining more effective and efficient Translucent strategies, processes, and vision.
  • Be data-informed and intrinsically customer-driven to improve all aspects of our product constantly.
  • Utilize or build best-in-class tools to accelerate business growth and long-term customer value, compounding Transparent value.
  • Curious, passionate, and unstoppable in innovating solutions to customer accounting problems.
  • Analytical mindset, being a chartered accountant, and a deep understanding of the accounting space.
  • Experience championing cross-functional teams in 0-1 fintech products.
  • Experience gathering, treating, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions, behaviours, and product opportunities.
  • Experience leading self-serve launches and communication.
  • Exceptional communication (in English) and ability to work well with others in a distributed team.
  • Salary: Up to £90k p.a. + founder-level option package.
  • Holidays: 23 days p.a. + local public holidays + days between Christmas & New Year and Public Holidays).
  • Pension Contributions.
  • Location: In-Office - London (UK) - with flexibility to work from home.
