As a key member of our Credentialing and Onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees and clients are properly credentialed and onboarded in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Join us in our mission to help businesses make smarter decisions and individuals achieve their financial goals.Conduct thorough and accurate credentialing and onboarding processes for employees and clients in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.Review and verify all required documentation, certifications, and credentials to ensure accuracy and compliance.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to gather necessary information and complete the credentialing and onboarding process.Maintain detailed and organized records of all credentialing and onboarding activities.Continuously monitor and update credentialing and onboarding processes to ensure they are efficient and in line with industry best practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to credentialing and onboarding.Remain knowledgeable about industry regulations and company policies to ensure all processes are in compliance.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns related to credentialing and onboarding.Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide credentialing and onboarding policies and procedures.Keep sensitive information confidential and adhere to all data privacy and security protocols.TransUnion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
