This environment offers endless career opportunities for individuals interested in sharing their ideas, growing with the company and shaping TA’s future.Job SummaryThe Compensation & Benefit Analyst is responsible to evaluate and maintain the company’s pay structure and compensation plans and serves as a back-up in administration of the benefit programs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompensation• Conducts market studies and analysis and recommend compensation structures to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy• Creates, maintains, analyzes, and distributes materials related to the execution of all compensation programs• Assists in managing the process of bonus/incentive/commission plan setup, payment calculation, analysis and communication of plan-to-date achievement/earnings• Conducts job evaluations for newly created or revised positions, recommends a salary grade and updates job descriptions as needed• Partners with the payroll team to ensure timely plan deployment, payroll submissions, and audit compliance• Audits the compensation, payroll and workforce data/processes to ensure compliant, accurate data• Performs special studies, analysis and recommendations on compensation and other human resources related issues as needed• Maintains and manages the salary, variable pay and job profile creation in PeopleSoft• Administers job structures, compensation ranges, other compensation guidelinesBenefits• Serves as a backup for the processing of benefit plan payments and respoding to carriers on benefit related STD/LTD questions.General• Develops and maintain collaborative relationships with key partners in HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting and Executive Leadership• Responds to multiple ad hoc analyses and requests from business partnersQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred• Minimum 1 year of compensation experience preferred• Minimum 1 year analysis experience preferred• Working knowledge of federal Fair Labor Standards Act• Strong critical thinking skills• Strong general understanding of payroll, human resources and benefits processes• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service• Well organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and deadline controlsWith us, you’ll enjoy:• Competitive wages and annual bonus opportunity• Medical, dental, vision and life insurance• 401(k) with a company match• Paid vacation and holidays• Tuition reimbursement• A wide variety of discounts on technology, travel, food and fuel• Opportunity for growth and advancement with company paid trainingA pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role.
