Treasury Operations, Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a Treasury professional to support and drive all aspects of financial processes while ensuring compliance and best practices. From supporting cash management and data, overseeing current and creating new banking accounts, funding requests, maintaining lender reporting, cash forecasting and ultimately continue growing with the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with coursework in business, finance, and/or accounting or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years Treasury Operations/Cash Management experience
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation preferred
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions, identify problems, think creatively and strategically
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly strong in Excel, financials packages, and various other financial software.
• Experience working under pressure and to complete tasks within established guidelines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate and understand technical information
• Flexibility with work schedule to meet the needs of the department
• Superior problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Knowledge of cash forecasting models and transactional payment and receivables process
• Thorough knowledge of bank agreement structures, accounting, and financial statement analysis
• Knowledge of internal controls systems.
• Ability to communicate information across different individuals, departments, and external parties.

Who You Are:

• You have 5 or more years' experience in a treasury capacity
• You are detail-oriented, organized and professional
• You understand controls and approvals
• You have managed cash reporting, bank accounts, ACH, wire transfers and funding requests
• You have experience with checks and deposits and have some coding experience in a general ledger
• You have experience with cash forecasting

What You'll Do:

• Cash Monitoring / Forecasting
• Create bank accounts and manage the existing ones.
• Prepare cash reports and pull bank reports. Monitor daily bank balances, tracking and reporting of global cash and liquidity position
• Administrate treasury operations (wires), intercompany funding/cash transfers, bank account management and online bank portal administration
• Review the check and balance for the general ledger
• Manage the cash process and responsible for treasury activities across the company
• Receive and process funding requests
• Managing Lender Relations/Reporting
• Maintain lender reporting, including refresh monthly financials, quarterly covenant reporting, and reporting as needed
• Manage and schedule all debt and interest payments
• Document and maintain treasury policies and procedures
• Other projects and assignments as needed
