Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

 ·        Geschillen analyseren: Klantgeschillen beoordelen, documentatie verzamelen en transactiedetails analyseren om de oorzaak van het probleem te achterhalen.

 ·        Beleid toepassen: Interne procedures volgen om de juiste aanpak voor elk geschil te bepalen.

 ·        Communicatie coördineren: Samenwerken met klanten, interne teams en externe partijen om tot een passende oplossing te komen.

 ·        Dossierbeheer: Nauwkeurige administratie bijhouden van geschillenonderzoeken, inclusief communicatie en besluitvorming.

 ·        Escalaties afhandelen: Complexe of onopgeloste zaken doorsturen naar de juiste afdelingen of het management voor verdere beoordeling.

 

Kwalificaties

 ·        Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Duits of Pools, met goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in Engels.

 ·        Deadlinegericht: Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt je aan interne processen en tijdlijnen.

 ·        Plannen & prioriteren: Je weet hoe je je werklast beoordeelt, prioriteiten stelt en effectief beslissingen neemt.

 ·        Communicatief sterk: Duidelijk en professioneel in zowel schriftelijke als mondelinge communicatie.

 ·        Proactief & betrouwbaar: Je hebt een positieve houding en bent een teamspeler.

 ·        Digitale vaardigheden: Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

 ·        Salesforce/Service Cloud: Ervaring hiermee is een plus.

 ·        Oog voor detail: Nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig in je werk.

 ·        Ervaring: 1-2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
