Salary range: $60K to $70K plus bonus and housing discounts.

Your day-to-day will include managing the move-in and move-out processes, operating our Appfolio system to streamline tenant information and maintenance requests, and supervising our maintenance technicians to maintain our properties to pristine condition. You’ll also be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with tenants, swiftly addressing their concerns, and communicating effectively with landlords and vendors. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of property management experience, ideally with insight into student housing or co-living arrangements. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have top-notch communication skills, you’ll thrive in this role.
