Role:

  • Release Cycle Management: Act as the primary manager responsible for coordinating both client-side (iOS) and backend releases, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.

  • Team Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor the engineering team, providing high-level direction while also being ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute code when necessary.

  • Strategic Planning & Ticketing: Digest product specs from product/design, break them down into actionable tickets, assign tasks, and manage resources to ensure a smooth release process.

  • Catch All: Primary point of contact for the day to day management of software engineering related tasks, triaging and allocating resources as per conversations with product.
