Account Manager

Tropic is seeking an Account Manager to retain and grow revenue, develop client relationships, and contribute to the sales team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow existing book of business through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Manage end-to-end commercial relationship with clients
  • Develop and leverage relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Act as the internal and external champion for clients and company teams
  • Play a crucial role in building and improving the service organization
