Job Description

Join our team as a Wireless Sales Associate and be an integral part of our dynamic sales environment! In this role, you will focus on delivering top-notch customer service, assisting customers with their wireless needs, and driving sales for our telecommunication and home entertainment products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
  • Stay informed about the latest product information and features.
  • Accurately describe product benefits and features to customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Reliable transportation required for on-site work.
