Your work will be shipped to production daily and used by hundreds of thousands of landlords and tenants every month.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a skilled "full-stack" Product Designer. You'll work closely with engineering, product management, product marketing, and customer experience to discover, improve, and define ways to delight our customers through a first-class product experience.As a Product Designer At TurboTenant, You Will• Work within your product pod to solve user problems and contribute to business outcomes.• Deliver work at the appropriate velocity (speed + quality) for the project at hand by prioritizing effectively and adjusting scope when necessary.• Participate in qualitative and quantitative user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.• Utilize and contribute to our design system, ensuring a consistent user experience across the product.• Simplify complex user flows to create intuitive, easy-to-follow experiences.• Work closely with Engineering and QA to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet expectations.• Collaborate with the design team, sharing feedback and contributing to team improvements and design documentation.• Work as part of the Product Organization to accomplish OKRs.To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have• A good grasp of visual design (hierarchy, layout, color theory, typography, spacing, etc.) and user experience design (interaction, information architecture, usability, user value, etc.) principles.• A growing product and business sense—you can identify what's needed in a design and understand how it impacts users and the business.• Experience setting up and participating in user research.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to work within and contribute to a consistent design framework.• Strong desire to receive and give feedback.• Experience with Figma and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools as needed.• 2-4 years of experience working in a design role, collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and QA to ship high-quality products.We care less about your specific degree or years of experience. Your design skills, speed of delivery, product sense, high standards, attention to detail, communication skills, emotional intelligence, etc. are more important to us.TurboTenant has offices in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado, with the product team working out of our Denver office.
