Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Change Manager to join our growing team. The Change Manager’s role is to manage organizational change and promote end-user adoption. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Engaging sponsors, employees, and users to shape, plan, facilitate and deliver lasting business readiness and change.
Analyzing business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies, and prioritizing initiatives to ensure solutions meet future-state business requirements.
Measuring success progress by defining benefits realization requirements, developing a data collection plan, and tracking trends and risks.
Documenting, interpreting, and communicating the results of efforts.
Planning, executing, and evaluating business transformation using change management tools such as change impact and readiness assessments; power and influence mapping; threats and opportunities matrix; stakeholder analysis; communications plans; knowledge, skills and behavior assessments, etc.
Developing innovative change management materials for application in real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources.
Communicating plans and insights effectively to cross-functional team members and managers.
Planning and managing internal and external communications, developing content, and partnering with multiple global teams.
Working closely with central team to manage change management related activities, including meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, internal task management and planning.
Working closely with partners, such as, capital planning, data analytics, communications, and learning and development teams.
Providing training, coaching, and guidance to team and stakeholders arising from work.
Facilitating and managing user acceptance testing with new system tools.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost or change management
Must have Capital Program / Capital Portfolio Management experience.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to articulate and demonstrate personal and business behaviors that aim to create a green, inclusive, and productive world.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Advanced technical skills in business communications strategy, planning and content development.
High competency in flow diagram, planning, presentations, and documentation.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence skills, including self- and relationship management and self- and social awareness.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
