JOB SUMMARY:
Under the immediate supervision of the Total Rewards Lead, serve as the Manager of the 401k plan, which involves addressing the day-to-day activities of the 401k retirement plan.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
*Hybrid working out of the NYC office is mandatory 2-3 days a week.
The salary range for this full-time role is $110K-$150K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.

You'll work under the Total Rewards Lead, ensuring everything runs smoothly and complies with federal and state laws, as well as ERISA guidelines. Your responsibilities will range from managing employee enrollments to verifying loans and deferrals through payroll.
