The Role – AI Product Management & Business Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Product Manager & Business Analyst to drive the development and execution of our AI-powered products and business strategy. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences. You will combine your deep understanding of AI technologies with your product management expertise to bring impactful products to market. This role also involves developing go-to-market strategies, including financial modeling and business strategy development, requiring strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products and use cases, aligning with business goals and market opportunities. This includes conducting market research and user journey/service mapping.
• Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into detailed specifications, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, and embracing iterative development practices with a focus on gathering user feedback.
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Business Acumen: Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans for customers. Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business case development, pricing decisions, and ROI analysis. Contribute to the development of overall business strategy, ensuring alignment between product strategy and company objectives.
• AI Leadership & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and evaluate their potential applications for our products. This includes a commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of AI. Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and trade-offs to executive stakeholders (CEO level).
• Product Culture & Ethics: Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the product team. Manage ambiguity inherent in AI product development, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Ensure the responsible implementation of AI, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices. Demonstrate data proficiency, including the ability to understand, analyze, and utilize data to inform product decisions.

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML products or features.
• 4+ years of experience in top tier management consulting, with a focus on go-to-market and business strategies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques, with the ability to discuss technical details with data scientists and engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products throughout their lifecycle, including prototype development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategy.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to build business cases and assess ROI.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
