Web Designer (Growth)

As a Web Designer (Growth) at our telehealth clinic, your primary responsibilities will include designing high-performing landing pages and funnels that contribute to conversion rate optimization. You will collaborate closely with teams across CRO, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create visually compelling designs that enhance user experiences along the customer journey. This role heavily influences our Lead to Sale conversion rates, making your work essential.

To be a successful candidate for the Web Designer (Growth) position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in designing landing pages and websites. A strong command of design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Additionally, proficiency in using Webflow and a collaborative mindset to work with various teams on optimization goals are critical components of the role.

While not mandatory, having experience with conversion rate optimization principles and techniques is a nice-to-have for the Web Designer (Growth) position. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing can also be beneficial, as understanding how design impacts the customer journey from awareness to retention will help you create more effective designs.
