About the role
As Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead, you’ll work closely with their Growth PM, Head of Growth, Engineering and design team to shape the vision and execution of our CRO work to improve on-site conversion.
You’ll start by auditing funnels, analytics, landing pages, and campaigns - identifying opportunities to implement page enhancements that drive performance breakthroughs. You'll own the execution of high-impact A/B and multivariate tests through your technical knowledge and analytical rigor.
This is a full-time remote role.
Must-haves
3+ years designing and implementing optimization tests that lift conversion rates.
Experience with Figma or similar tools to prototype and communicate test concepts for the design team.
Proficient in implementing A/B tests via web platforms.
Exceptional ability to identify high-impact opportunities and translate data insights into actionable design solutions.
Track record of successfully collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive results.
You have experience in fast paced environment and work fast!
Nice to Have
Background in optimizing across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention stages
Skilled at presenting complex data through compelling narratives and visualization.
Thrives in ambiguous environments, effectively prioritizing opportunities and pivoting strategies as needed.
Experience managing optimization teams (in-house or agency) with strong mentoring capabilities.

Compensation: $30k-$60k/yr inc equity
