The Customer Success Programs team oversees the design and execution of programs that encourage Epic customers to adopt best practices in software use and support. These programs span all areas of Epic’s products and services, so coordinating across many Epic developers, support teams, and executives is a critical part of our work, as is interfacing with Epic customers on the details of the programs.The Program Manager role is responsible for coordinating the annual design and weekly administration of a series of customer-facing programs, such as• Assisting our customers in identifying the features they have enabled, helping them to leverage Epic software effectively and prioritize their goals• Grants from Epic to health systems, totaling tens of millions of dollars across dozens of participating customers each yearExperience our state-of-the-art campus, eat delicious food, and travel the world.We don’t believe in cubicles.
