Instructional Design Summer Intern

Location:

Job Duties:

  • Assist in conducting needs assessments and analyzing learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Educational Program Manager and subject matter experts to design instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Assist in the development of multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance learning materials.
  • Support the testing and evaluation of training materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of existing training materials and courses.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

Requirements:

  • Verifiable experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning development.
  • Fluency in instructional design software and authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, Canva).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communications skills
