Your mission

This role is responsible for the strategy, program, and execution of the whole UiPath Partner Ecosystem in Continental Europe. At UiPath this region is covers DACH, Benelux and Iberia.

The position is pivoting around managing, evolving, and developing the EMEA Partners & Channel strategy across all key routes-to-market (Strategic GSIs, Resellers, Distributors and MSSP partners). In tight collaboration with Sales leadership, this leader will work with the regional Sales organization, Pre-sales, Professional Services Partner, and Marketing to drive plan execution.  

The role will include aligning partner GTM strategy to overall EMEA strategy and help to focus and prioritize investments aligned to largest business impact and scale. The purpose of this role is to bring the managed partner eco-system in EMEA to the next level of maturity, to stimulate and contribute to the high paced growth.

Responsibilities will include leading a team of partner development managers and who will drive C level and field relationships with all the partners across Continental Europe. One of the key dimensions of the role is to accelerate partners enablement across the full UiPath AI automation platform.

It is critical to accelerate partners capacity and competencies to ensure solutions implementation, meaning customer outcomes and ultimately IARR growth.

We aim to activate and grow partners who primarily monetize their business around services delivery value add.  Partners who rely heavily on the margins from resale are not aligned to our model.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Accelerate UiPath’s sales trajectory, new business, and scalability by partnering with regional sales leaders to prioritize partners and activate sales engagement.

  • Execute a strategic partner sales strategy to meet and/or exceed the region sales targets fueled by significant growth in partner influenced and transacted business.

  • Drive FY26 business plan execution for Continental Europe leveraging partners; Works with key stakeholders, cross functional teams and leverages established networks outside own area of expertise to create framework and drive execution; Standardize on templates/metrics to measure progress across regions in support of EMEA plan and bookings targets; track and report quarterly.

  • Partner with Sales to identify pipeline gaps and opportunities to scale through partner network; participate in development of programs and execution; Consult with Sales Leaders to help optimize and enable their selling teams’ execution with key partners.

  • Continue to drive and cultivate joint sales engagement with sales segments/verticals; identify opportunities and remove obstacles.

  • Influence partner marketing investments in support of EMEA business and align to Partners Sales plan; ensure Marketing provides regular reporting on program results.

  • Build a metrics driven organization through evolved reporting, dashboards, and tracking channels to provide actionable insight on performance and growth opportunities.

  • A written, implemented, and successfully executed regional partner strategy aligned with the regional leadership.

  • Demonstrate significant enablement improvement with Managed partners, accelerating their fluency on all solutions within the UiPath platform aligned with our top enterprise customers.

  • Manage and execute our distribution strategy, specially for deals below a certain threshold, freeing our AE’s to work on our strategic enterprise pursuits and accelerating our performance within the Emerging enterprise segment and SMB.
