  • Empower Transactional Success: Your expertise will be key in ensuring smooth order entry and maintaining its quality, leaving a positive impact on our operations.
  • Order Management Master: As a regional order management maestro, you'll handle orders from diverse channels like EDI, Esker, online, punchout, and customer-specific platforms, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Customer-Centric Excellence: You'll provide unwavering support to our clients in the dedicated region, answering their queries and ensuring their orders are handled accurately. Your commitment to exceptional customer care will set us apart.
  • Innovate and Enhance: Be at the forefront of process improvements, contributing your innovative ideas to elevate customer experiences. Your precision and responsiveness will help us achieve service level targets while reducing audit risks.

What You Bring:  

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment 
  • Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing 
  • Good MS Office skills 
  • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired 
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills 
  • Excellent organization skills
