You will develop and implement sales strategies focused on transformers and other EBOS, while engaging in high-value sales cycles with key stakeholders. This position will involve defining annual sales plans, forecasting revenue metrics, and aligning regional strategies for initiatives in the U.S., Mexico, and other global hubs. Strong client engagement is paramount; you’ll cultivate robust relationships with VP-level executives, ensuring you act as a trusted advisor. Collaborating across functions, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to tackle complex projects, influence product development, and maintain compliance with ISO standards. To thrive, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 8+ years of sales experience particularly with transformer or industrial sectors.
