Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for B2B customers via Zendesk
- Issue production API keys and guide customers through documentation and workflows
- Assist with Q&A sessions to help developers integrate our API
- Resolve technical issues and assist with complex integration challenges
- Communicate insights to the Engineering team to improve user experiences
- Keep internal and external resources updated in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
