Customer Support Associate, API

Uniswap Labs is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - API to help B2B customers seamlessly integrate their projects with our trading software API.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for B2B customers via Zendesk

  • Communicate insights to the Engineering team to improve user experiences
  • Keep internal and external resources updated in a fast-paced environment
