The Director of Talent Acquisition is a key leadership role on the Human Resources Leadership Team responsible for developing, communicating, and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports and drives the culture and goals of UTA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and... execute strategies to improve hiring process and build capabilities in recruitment, sourcing techniques, candidate management, interview best practices and data-driven decision making. Develop and executive strategies to provide an exceptional onboarding experience from pre-boarding through post-employment follow up that is engaging, efficient, organized, educational, and compliant. Responsible for personnel management, evaluation, and development of assigned direct reports; also responsible for management of an internal temporary services pool. Create sourcing initiatives to build a proactive pipeline of diverse and well-qualified applicants; identify the most qualified candidates through various screening and assessment channels. Manage and enhance the applicant tracking system and onboarding system in partnership with the OIT and HRIS teams. Develops strategic partnerships internally and externally and participates in job fairs, conferences, or trade shows with the goal of attracting and building talents pools. Provide key metrics related to recruiting efforts including but not limited to average time to fill, offer to close, hires per month, and supervisor response times. Interprets, reviews, and advises leaders on talent acquisition and onboarding policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Five plus (5+) years of talent acquisition experience. Three plus (3+) years of supervisory experience or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Seven (7) years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Prior experience in PeopleAdmin ATS. Experience developing recruiting strategy.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
