About the job

We have a great opportunity for an Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing internal systems to suit business needs.

• Work with incoming requests in Salesforce, Jira
• Make changes in internal systems according to client's needs
• Review documentation containing technical/business requirements

• The ability to perform monotonous work without loss of quality
• Attention to details
• The ability to independently analyze the situation and find answers to questions

• The level of written English is not lower than Intermediate (it will be important to quickly express thoughts in writing and perceive new information)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Slack is welcome
• A fintech background would be an advantage, especially working with the company's own products and internal systems
