SIDI Specialist
UT is seeking a SIDI Specialist to perform advanced troubleshooting and service analysis for the Avangrid Physical Security program.
Skills
- Virtualization, Network, OS, and database knowledge
- Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, Red Hat, Ubuntu
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, C#, C++, Visual Basic
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, programming, and service analysis of systems
- Export and import data between various formats
- Maintain system integrity and health
- Collaborate with team members and external resources
- Generate reports as needed
Education
- BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience
