Business Development Manager

Our client is one of the world's leading facility services companies.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our client's growing team in Japan.

Job Responsibilities

All operations related to acquiring new customers

  • Travel to various regions and create a pipeline of new customers
  • Appointment/visit/negotiation/closing
  • Creation of new customers in cooperation with real estate
  • Research to create new customers
  • Develop, expand, maintain, and report on the pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Visit municipalities and chambers of commerce to obtain cooperation for various new business development

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in B2B solutions/services, sales, and business development
  • Skills in working with customers to plan appropriate product sets and contract structures
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate decision-making and business case development processes
  • A perspective that thinks strategically and aims for commercial results
  • A disciplined approach to business development
  • Able to be proactive and self-generating
  • Enthusiastic about joining a team with significant growth aspirations
