We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Specialist. As an Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon listings and ensuring seamless synchronization with our backend module (Amazon Sync). Your primary focus will be on accurately uploading listings, including ASINs, and optimizing product visibility on the Amazon... platform. Responsibilities: Upload and manage product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Utilize Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools to upload listings and synchronize them with our backend module. Ensure that all product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and ASINs, meet Amazon's guidelines and standards. Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, rankings, and customer reviews, and take appropriate actions to optimize performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and sales on Amazon. Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities for growth. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to listings, synchronization, or other Amazon-related processes. Provide regular reports and analysis on Amazon sales performance and trends to the management team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field preferred. Proven experience in managing Amazon listings and utilizing Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms. Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Experience with backend modules and synchronization tools, preferably Amazon Sync, is a plus. Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies for e-commerce platforms is desirable.
