We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.   • Qualify Leads: Use consultative selling techniques to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and determine readiness to engage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  • Maintain CRM: Document all outreach activities, lead interactions, and progress in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads to present product offerings.
  • Metrics Driven: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification goals.
