I'm looking for a freelancer based in the AU (Australia) to help with managing customer returns for eCommerce shop. Key Responsibilities... - Handling product returns - getting returns from local post office - Inspect products - open package provide photos, and report about condition. - Repack if required and put new labels on the package - Go to local post and ship out packages to other customers You will be dealing with our team only. You do not have to communicate to our customers. Ideal Skills: - Experience in administrative tasks and logistics management - - Strong communication skills - Ability to use tools - Trello, Slack, Google Docs - Attention to details This role is 1-2 hours work per day. The ideal person is a freelancer who may work with us as an extra project in addition with his other projects. Number of returns per month - 5 to 15 sets. We will pay based on number of returns - to get, inspect, hold product then reship (shipment fee will be covered separately). Your location in the Australia is crucial for this project
