Join our dynamic dropshipping team as a Product Sourcing and Order Management Specialist. This full-time position requires 8 hours a day of dedicated work, focusing on managing item listings across multiple platforms, tracking all activities, and maintaining a profit margin of 25-35%. We offer a fixed monthly salary with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities... 1. Item Listing Management: Add 30-50 new items daily to Walmart, Home Depot, and Amazon listings. Update AutoDS with accurate details such as source link, price, competitor link, sell price, profit, ROI%, listing link, and stock status. Ensure listings are optimized for profitability, targeting a 25-35% profit margin. 2. Store Summary Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports for eBay stores. Track key performance indicators, operational metrics, and updates. 3. Weekly Performance Review: Participate in weekly meetings to discuss store health, order processing status, buyer feedback, and pending orders. Deliverables: 1. Comprehensive Excel Tracking: Maintain detailed Excel sheets for each item listing. Information must include source link, price, competitor link, sell price, profit, ROI%, listing link, and stock status. 2. Store Summary Reports: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports capturing key performance indicators, operational metrics, and updates. 3. Real-time Tracking and Updates: Utilize Excel sheets for real-time tracking of item listings. Requirements: Proven experience in product sourcing and order management for dropshipping. Proficiency in Excel and data entry. Familiarity with eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, and Amazon platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a 25-35% profit margin on all products. Availability to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Sunday. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary based on experience and performance.
