Position Overview and Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Growth Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing plan including demand gen and ongoing customer acquisition strategies. In this role you will work with our Creative Director and internal team to deliver a successful product launch. Responsible for: ●Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. ● Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. ● ● Develop and manage digital advertising budgets, using a data-driven approach to identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on insights ● Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) ● Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. ● Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. - Education and Experience Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or applicable experience ● Solid Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools ● Direct to consumer Marketing (D2C) ● E-Commerce Marketing: driving top of the funnel traffic, in funnel nurturing, and conversion to sales. ● Multi-Channel Digital Experience & Strategy (multiple of following) o Influencer o Social o Display o Retargeting o Paid Advertising o SEM/SEO o Email Marketing Campaigns o Other Preferred Experience: ● Nutraceutical experience (or similar, skincare, herbs, etc.) ● Extensive Multi-Channel Digital Experience ● Early-Stage Start-up Experience
