Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in Paylocity payroll to join our team on a temporary basis. We anticipate this will be a 50% role for 2-4 months and processed through Upwork’s payroll service... As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will also provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures. This role requires previous experience with Paylocity payroll software and its functionalities. Experience with international payroll systems and EORs is a plus.
