Our focus is on events where we sell our products and build a community through our booth presence, managed by our Brand Manager and Brand Ambassadors. Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our events run smoothly and achieve their objectives. You will act as an event planner, taking charge of the preparation, organization, and execution of each event. Your primary goal is to relieve stress on the team, achieve event goals, and manage communication with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Event Planning and Coordination: Oversee the preparation and organization of events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently. - Team Management: Support the Brand Manager and Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance and ensuring everyone is aligned with event objectives. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication before, during, and after events. - Goal Achievement: Ensure that event goals, including sales targets and community-building objectives, are met or exceeded. - Stress Relief: Implement processes and strategies to relieve stress on the team, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements: - Proven experience as a project manager, especially in entrepreneurial or startup environments - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in event planning and coordination - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Familiarity with the hemp or wellness industry is a plus Why Join Us?
