Social media marketing, posting & strategy - Contract to hire

We are seeking a skilled social media expert to manage and grow our real estate presence across three separate but connected instagram social media channels. At the moment there is focus on Instagram. The goal is to maintain daily posts, engage with followers, and attract new clients and followers. Scope of Work... 1. Daily Content Creation and Posting: - Develop engaging, visually appealing posts for our Instagram, Facebook, and potentially investigate other social media platforms. - Focus on showcasing properties with high-quality images and compelling descriptions. - Implement a consistent posting schedule to ensure daily updates. 2. Channel Setup and Integration: - Optimize our current Instagram channel for maximum engagement. - Set up and optimize our Facebook channel, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals. - Provide advice and assistance on integrating Instagram and Facebook for seamless cross-posting, potentially using automation tools for efficiency. 3. Content Strategy and Development: - Create a content calendar outlining the posting schedule and types of content (e.g., property listings, market insights, client testimonials). - Generate original content ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. - Write engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions that drive engagement and attract potential clients. 4. Community Management: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. - Foster relationships with followers and potential clients through active engagement and personalized interactions. - Identify and engage with potential leads, influencers, and relevant real estate communities. 5. Growth and Analytics: - Implement strategies to increase follower count and engagement rates organically. - Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. - Provide regular reports and insights to inform and adjust the content strategy. 6. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with us to understand our brand, objectives, and unique selling points. - Incorporate feedback and make adjustments to the content and strategy as needed. - Maintain clear and open communication to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Deliverables: - Daily posts on Instagram, with high-quality visuals and engaging captions. - Regular posts on Facebook, aligned with the Instagram content strategy. - Monthly content calendar and strategy report. - Bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Qualifications: - Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, particularly in real estate or related industries. - Strong visual design skills and proficiency in content creation tools. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily posting requirements. Additional Information: - Most of the content will be based on property links and information provided by us. - Flexibility to adapt to our evolving needs and incorporate new ideas for content and engagement.
