Video & Podcast Editor / Publisher - job 5 of 9

I'm looking to add a contractor to my team that can help take my audio/video game to the next level. CURRENT NEEDS... 1) We currently record interview style video show via Streamyard periodically. (Have 3 shows in queue recorded and ready to be "published). -- From there, we transcribe them, we edit out small things if needed, we add them to Youtube, we add them to our Libsyn for podcast. And thats it. In the short-term, I'm looking for someone to take this process and execute it for my backlogged shows and for future sures. BONUS NEEDS That said, I'm ready to take this all to the next level. 1) I'd like to produce / edit these interview shows in a MUCH better way. Advice on equipment and setup I need from a video side? Can you edit them better to produce an amazing show? Clips for social? etc.. 2) I'm starting a Youtube channel around a different subject using my personal brand. Looking for someone that can guide me through the steps/process and can really help execute this. I record content, you handle the rest. 3) We are recording a "course" and online tutorial videos. Any video production to make this course stand out or the video chapters pop would be amazing. This person must: - have great English - work efficiently - communicate well and often - have super professional video editing skills - not ONLY use AI. We can discuss using it a bit but we MUST be proud of our deliverables Our niche: - we are in the sports industry. Sports business, sports betting, how to in sports, etc...
