URGENT - Technical Support

• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Diagnose and solve the hardware and software technical application problems.
• Software license and application clean-up
• Assisting in the facilitation of IT-related tickets of the sellers and employees daily
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Talk to employee through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems of resolve issues.
• Performing remote assistance to WFH and deployed employees, and ALIM offices
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Work continuously on a task completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritize and manage open cases in a timely manner.
• Conduct safety check on computer equipment’s.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree of any IT/Computer course
• With 1 year and up experience as Technical Support, Onsite Support, IT Support or any relevant experience
• Willing to report onsite 6x a week and can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
