Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

• The Business Analyst/User Acceptance Testing (UAT Coordinator) is a critical role as we continue the expansion and development of our cloud-based service delivery application.
• The UAT Coordinator will work with our product development, process development, and IT teams, plus business users as they help execute each testing cycle.

What will you do?

• Collaborate across teams to develop new and edit existing test scripts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Help create and maintain a comprehensive global library of test scripts.
• Coordinate training in test system to ensure individual trainers can execute test scripts.
• Help oversee each UAT session to ensure scripts are run timely, defects are logged and reported.
• Follow quality guidelines in uploading test scripts to HPALM (test system) to ensure proper approvals and documentation is met.

How will you get here?

• The candidate for this role must be a flexible team player with proven end user testing experience in an Agile development environment.
• A successful candidate will be able to work fast and be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Working closely with business users and leaders to understand process variations for the various service divisions is key to being able to adjust detailed test scripts for these divisions.

Education & Experience

• 2 or more years of experience in a system testing role, preferably within a service business like or with SAP ECC or any service management/delivery platform
• Experience with HPALM a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to work effectively with diverse user groups.
• Excellent communicator – including the ability to document clearly and to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Facilitation skills – confidence and ability to drive individual and team work progress virtually and in-person.
• Intermediate to advanced skill using Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become expert in the C4S Service Platform
• Confident self-starter who can completely own the delivery of high-value work products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to accommodate time zone differences of a global team.
• Travel requirements: Infrequent, but able to travel internationally
