UX Designer (East Coast Remote Opportunity)

As a UX Designer for the Enterprise team, you will be responsible for creating compelling web and mobile experiences for users of Bright Horizons services - particularly related to user registration and profile management. We are looking for a systems thinker and problem-solver who can help sell a vision and execute the related designs for that vision for traditionally complex workflows.

Areas of focus for this role include user research, information architecture, and responsive web design.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with Product Managers to conduct user research, facilitate user testing and provide solution-oriented recommendations based on the results.
  • Deliver highly functional, wireframes, designs, prototypes and annotations.
  • Iterate on designs with Product, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to collectively build and improve the user experience.

What we need from you:

  • 3-5 years Interaction or UX designer experience
  • Experience with responsive design methods and development of design iterations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, and an ability to build great relationships across the organization.
  • The drive and ability to learn quickly about our domain and our complex technology.
  • Experience with designs that satisfy ADA requirements.
  • The ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Strong visual design sense, with a clear command of interaction design, and usability.

The compensation for this role is between $80,000 - $95,000.
