The Role
We're seeking a Coaching Content Specialist to help Valence shape the future of digital coaching through our first-to-market AI leadership coach technology. You'll be a driving force behind our mission to deliver exceptional coaching solutions that transform how some of the world's biggest companies learn and lead.
As our Coaching Content Specialist, you'll blend your deep understanding of effective coaching with cutting-edge digital technology to create truly innovative learning experiences. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our digital coaching product, ensuring that every aspect is grounded in best practices and delivers unparalleled value to our users. You'll have the unique opportunity to influence the coaching landscape, setting new standards for quality, efficiency, and creativity in the digital realm.

Location and Work Environment
We are open to candidates in NYC, Toronto or London (UK) working in a hybrid role. We have offices. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (ET and PT) and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
