As a Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. Specifically, that means that you will own the customer voice for your product area, and therefore will be the decision maker for prioritization for your cross-functional team of designers and engineers. You’ll also be responsible for collaborating more broadly with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deeply serve customers throughout their Vanta journey.
The Integrations team at Vanta owns how integrations are built, how customers discover, connect, and use them long term, as well as how partners and customers develop their own integrations. Integrations play a key role in the Vanta customer journey, allowing customers to automatically gather the data used to monitor their compliance and prepare for audit. You’ll join a team already in seat with a large backlog of improvements and new capabilities to drive.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Integrations at Vanta:
Deeply understand our customers and our market
Take ownership of our Integrations Platform, namely focusing on continuous improvement of the platform and creating a world-class integrations experience for customers
Strongly influence our new integration development and continuous improvement, working closely with other teams to identify priorities and drive adoption of new integration primitives
Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
How to be successful in this role:
Have some prior experience working on integrations, building marketplaces, or in developer ecosystems. Bonus: you’ve been the integrations PM before, with ownership over many types and categories of integrations
Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
