Vendor & Capacity Administrator

Summary

As the Vendor & Capacity Administrator, you will work closely with the Director of Capacity & Vendor Management to help identify capacity needs, scout new vendors, on-boarding new vendors, and assist in maintaining a positive relationship with our current vendors.

Day to Day: As needed, collaborate with stakeholders to identify capacity needs - geographical and skill specific

  • Utilize established channels and platforms to prospect for new vendors
  • Conduct cold outreaches to prospective vendors and promote the AMAROK/Vendor partnership(s) opportunities
  • Assist in creating vendor recruiting/marketing campaigns and identify which platforms will cap target audience
  • Review application submittals and conduct initial phone screening to determine the applying vendor's partnership eligibility
  • Complete all onboarding task which includes sending vendors paperwork and collecting the required items, reviewing contracts, creating vendor profiles, and coordinating the vendor's introduction to key departments
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationships with existing vendors and ensure the AMAROK/Vendor partnership is, and stays, positive, collaborative, and enjoyable for both parties
  • Assist the Director of Vendor Management with pin-pointing potential areas needing improvement that will enhance the AMAROK/Vendor partnership
  • Maintain up to date documents for vendors and ensure any changes or key information is communicated in a timely manner

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience working with vendors/IC (independent contractors) and/or third party entities
  • Steller interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and creative
  • Ability to read and interpret relevant contracts and documents
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speaking preferred but not required
