Role Summary / Purpose
For this position you would be part of the BENL HR Team with hybrid location in Herentals & Herstal. You will work closely together with the HR team and report to the HR Manager. You will support employees in Belgium and the Netherlands. Travel to other company locations can be required on an occasional need.

Function
● Support and coach frontline leadership team
● Partner with the frontline leadership team to develop and execute HR activities within their
perimeter
● Provide advice to line managers on best practice in all aspects of employment, including
company policies and legislation
● With the support of the HR Officer, develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage
and retain strong and diverse talent
● Manage a smooth on boarding and recruitment process with involvement of hiring managers
● Reinforce wellbeing initiatives and policies
● Participate in HR EMEA transversal projects and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
● Support Learning & Development initiatives
● Manage Off boarding activities
● Manage critical HR operating rhythms such as People Reviews, salary planning and
performance development/ management
● Support HR related event organization and execution
● Support the implementation and maintenance of employee benefit programs
● Assist with other HR projects or initiatives as needed
Desired Qualifications
● You have a bachelor in HR Management or any related field
● You have a first experience (minimum 3 years) as an HR Business Partner
● Experience working in a multinational environment, performing in a matrix organization
● Relevant professional work experience within a generalist HR area
● Practice in applying the regulations of the labor code in Belgium to different employee
lifecycle issues. Knowledge of the labor code in the Netherlands is a plus.
● Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
