The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. As a Legal Operations Paralegal, you'll be at the forefront of our corporate governance and legal operations initiatives, supporting and driving best practices and policies around entity management, compliance, and reporting obligations. Your expertise will shine as you assist with corporate filings, manage governance processes, and organize our knowledge management system. With a collaborative spirit, you will also tackle initiatives related to e-billing software and external counsel administration, while ensuring that our documents and processes are perfectly organized. We’re looking for someone with a solid Paralegal certificate or an Associate’s degree along with 5+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal role within a US public company. You should be well-versed in SEC and Nasdaq filings, have excellent communication skills, and be able to navigate the fast-paced environment we thrive in.
