We’re looking for an Verification Specialist (Part-Time) in The work location for this position is United States and is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement.
The Opportunity:
The position of Verification Specialist is responsible for the accurate verification of year of manufacture (YOM) for equipment sold through every sales channel outside of live auctions. The Verification Specialist is the subject matter expert on verifying YOM based on serial numbers and vehicle identification numbers. The incumbent will maintain strong ongoing relationships with manufacturers and dealers for assisting with product verification.
The Specialist works closely with other departments to provide YOM on risk equipment for the Pricing Package System (PPS), assist RBFS with YOM requests for pending finance, and assist Equipment Specialist with live auction asset YOM verification
In this role you’ll:
- Ensure online listings are accurately described and YOM is verified utilizing available resources
- Review Pricing Package System to ensure accurate and complete YOM documentation prior to equipment being placed on pricing stage
- Provide RBFS with post sale verification for pending credit/finance processing.
- Assist Equipment Specialist with live auction YOM verification prior to sale
- Ensure equipment descriptions match listing, verify serial number(s) for accuracy to confirm YOM
- Work with Sales and Quality Control to provide complete description in sale listings
- Process improvement to meet and exceed SLA’s
- Maintain timeliness and accuracy while adhering to advertising standards
- Work with managers and other departments, to maintain consistency, accuracy, and meeting the seller and buyers' expectations
- Establish contacts and maintain relationships with OEM’s and dealers to ensure accuracy of year of manufacture

- Microsoft Office - Ability to learn Pricing Package System
