We’re growing fast and looking for energetic, goal-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. Whether you're experienced in sales or just naturally persuasive on the phone, this is your chance to level up your income and build a long-term career, with flexibility. As an SDR, you’ll connect with businesses across the U.S., qualify leads, and book appointments for our field sales team. You’ll receive live coaching, work alongside high performers, and see your effort translate directly into earnings.Responsibilities• Gather business intelligence and identify decision-makers,• Make outbound calls to those decision makers and set appointments,• Accurately log activity in our CRM and hit clear daily/weekly targets,• Consistently hit or exceed daily and weekly performance goalsRequirements• Experience in customer service or sales,• Strong phone skills and professional communication,• Ability to communicate with influential business leaders from up to VP level,• Ability to build relationships and nurture prospects,• A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet accessNice-to-haves• Experience in a previous sales development representative roleBenefits• Opportunity for a monthly bonus based on held meetings in the field,• Full benefits for FT employees (medical, 401k, PTO, etc.),• A role that encourages independent and autonomous work with a team feel
