VEG is a rapidly growing emergency company committed to helping people and their pets during emergencies. We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who excels in creating welcoming and engaging experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer communications via phone and text
  • Ensure a warm welcome for clients entering the hospital
  • Monitor customer wait times and address bottlenecks
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and prompt resolution
  • Facilitate communication between customers and medical staff

Education

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in practice management software
