Role Description

Via Separations’ technology is the first commercial implementation of membrane filtration in several difficult industrial applications.  This position will work under the guidance of, and provide support to, both the Project Management and System Engineering teams. You will be an integral member of the cross-disciplinary teams and work alongside our external engineering partners to bring both our pilot scale and commercial systems to fruition.  This role has enormous growth potential as headcount increases, systems scale, and the organization continues to build scope and influence.


Responsibilities include:
  • Scribe/coordination duties for meetings
  • Maintaining action logs and facilitating discussions between all project stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Supports data entry and reporting using a variety of tools (ie.Google & Microsoft Office application suites)
  • Manages and upholds a comprehensive repository of all incoming and outgoing data from both internal/external sources including but not limited to schedules, spreadsheets, progress tracking, and technical documentation
  • Project reporting
  • Functioning in a role similar to that of a BIM Manager in AEC. Responsible for creating new 3D model library parts, setting up title blocks for new drawings, and performing admin functions within ACC.
  • Administration of engineering CAD standards & libraries


The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of the following qualifications:
  • Has technical background (some schooling/university degree or relevant professional experience) Experience working for an AEC / MEP firm is a plus
  • Confidence and ability to work independently, while seeking assistance or guidance from peers when necessary,
  • Strong organizational skillset and a skillset for prioritizing and completing assigned tasks & deliverables on time
  • Demonstrates ability to document and communicate plans effectively in written and verbal form with a variety of stakeholders
  • Has an understanding of 3D modeling platforms and worked in a role of managing CAD standards and libraries; specifically with experience with AutoCad suite of applications and AutoCad Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • 3D modeling experience using Plant3d is preferred but modeling experience using similar software is acceptable.
  • Skillset of managing and oversight of project scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; Able to clearly express and critique ideas, and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Some travel (up to 5%) may be required
  • U.S. Work authorization is required for this role.
