At Vibrant ABA, we are committed to providing this tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy throughout all five boroughs of New York. We are deeply committed to supporting our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with extensive training and valuable resources.

Our team is all about ensuring Behavior Technicians get the support and training they need to build a career in ABA Therapy by becoming a Registered Behavior Technician or even a BCBA.   • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1-2 years experience working in the field of ABA
  • Interested in working towards becoming an RBT through completion of the 40-hour certification course and supervision
  • Ability to provide care in home environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Austin Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Establishing a positive relationship with the learner under the care of a BCBA.
  • Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA based on the client’s treatment and behavior plan.
  • Complete data collection for each client as directed and communicate notable findings from sessions to the client’s behavior analysis applications and forms.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients with different needs and abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of staff members.
  • Maintain professional relationships with the client’s parents/caregivers and all other team members.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours and always demonstrate professionalism.
