We are developing and executing a strategic vision for the Loyalty platforms and products that enable Visa to be the world-leading data-driven payments company. We are seeking a Product Analyst to help define and execute our strategic vision of providing timely, relevant, personalized Loyalty services.
In this role, we are looking for an individual who is highly communicative and excited to solve problems and come up with repeatable best practices in new and growing domains, including AI, Machine Learning, and emerging markets. This role will involve high-level engagement with a variety of partner teams and product areas, supporting partner teams in coordinating strategy, connecting the dots, escalating concerns, and navigating risks.
While a technical or payments background is not expressly required, this role will require engagement with complex technical, legal, and payments-related concepts. We are looking for someone who has an eagerness to learn and develop their subject matter expertise, and who can confidently and articulately reflect this knowledge to help their colleagues solve real world problems and enable success.

Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2+ years of Experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management in B2C or B2B AdTech/MarTech, Data-as-a-Product, Data Science, Data Analytics, or AI-related domains.
- Baseline experience with terminology and concepts in all or most of the following: Object-Oriented Programming, APIs and Web Services, Machine Learning, SQL and Databases, and demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical individuals.
- Demonstrable history solving problems and a solid understanding of how to evaluate and present the quantifiable business impact of your past work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with experience in documenting and explaining sources of understanding
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and show what you’ve learned
- Ability to thrive in a cross functional setting and communicate effectively with different teams in their own language and terms
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and triage effectively
- Payments background is a plus
- Customer-facing presentation and/or documentation experience is a plus
- Experience engaging with non-US clients is a plus
- Familiarity with concepts in privacy, e.g. GDPR, is a plus
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600 to 166,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
