What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow social media accounts by posting engaging content, responding to followers, and staying on top of trends.
- Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic and engagement.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Use tools like Canva to create eye-catching graphics and visuals.
- Keep up with industry trends and platform updates to keep our strategies fresh.
- 2+ years of social media management at an agency.
- Experience running paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Great communication and organization skills to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with tools like Canva and social media scheduling platforms is a plus.
