E-commerce Lead

Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a E-commerce Lead che si unisca al nostro team.

  • Sviluppo di strategie ecommerce: Definire e implementare strategie di vendita online per incrementare le conversioni, il traffico e le vendite ed identificare le opportunità di crescita;

  • Gestione della piattaforma e del catalogo: Gestire la piattaforma e supervisionare la manutenzione del sito, garantendone il corretto funzionamente ed assicurandosi che il catalogo prodotti sia sempre aggiornato; 

  • Gestione degli ordini e del Servizio Clienti: Supervisionare l'intero processo di fulfillment degli ordini, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team del servizio clienti;

  • Ottimizzazione della user experience: Migliorare l'esperienza dell'utente sulla piattaforma, utilizzando strumenti di analisi per comprendere il comportamento dei clienti ed incrementare le conversioni;

  • Pianificazione di campagne di marketing: Collaborare con il team di marketing per pianificare e implementare campagne digitali, tra cui SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, e campagne di retargeting;

  • Analisi delle performance e reportistica: Monitorare i KPI del sito ecommerce, analizzare i dati di vendita e il comportamento degli utenti e fornire report periodici.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Business management o simile;

  • Esperienza di almeno 4-6 anni nel ruolo;

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

  • Ampia conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);

  • Conoscenza approfondita delle strategie di digital marketing ( SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing);

  • Conoscenza di strumenti di analisi come Google Analytics.
